Job summary

Tricon-US, LLC in Waco, Texas is seeking a Foreman for a full-time, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company dedicated to safety and growth. You will lead concrete and excavation crews, ensure safety protocols, and manage daily field operations in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates have 4–6 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year record, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Competitive hourly rate and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities.
• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
• Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record.
• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
