What we ask from you:

• Possess 4-6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities.
• Experience leading crews in a fast‑paced environment.
• Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
• Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
• The ability to pass a pre‑employment and periodic screenings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with proof of an outstanding 5‑year driving record.
• Experience leading crews in a fast‑paced environment.

Hourly Rate:

$28.00-$33.00 Per Hour DOE.
