Job summary

Tricon-US, LLC in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an experienced Foreman for a full-time, long-term role in concrete and excavation projects.

You will lead crews, emphasize safety, and coordinate with management. Overtime up to 7 days/week may be required. Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year record is expected.

Competitive hourly pay from $28.00 to $33.00, with full benefits starting after 60 days, including health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

• 4–6 years of concrete and excavation experience.
• Experience leading crews in fast-paced environments.
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.

• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
• Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record.
• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate:

$28.00-$33.00 Per Hour DOE.
