Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead our installation crew on commercial kitchen projects in Spring Valley, NY.

The role requires local presence, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed. You will own installations from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on plan.

Qualifications

• Local to Spring Valley, NY or surrounding area.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial kitchen installation or related construction experience.
• Experience leading or managing field crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings and equipment layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

About the Role

Culinary Depot is looking for a hands‑on Site Manager to be part of our installation crew and lead the team on commercial kitchen projects.

We are specifically looking for someone local to Spring Valley who is fluent in both English and Spanish and can travel to job sites as needed.

This is a field‑based position. The Site Manager will work alongside the crew while taking ownership of making sure the installation is completed properly, efficiently, and according to plan.

Responsibilities

• Work hands‑on as part of the installation crew.


• Lead and manage the crew on the job site.


• Read and work from construction drawings and equipment layouts.


• Make sure the installation is completed correctly and according to the plans.


• Identify problems, missing materials, or discrepancies in the field and determine what is needed to resolve them.


• Take accurate measurements and provide clear, actionable information when materials or fabrication are required.


• Keep the crew on track and the installation moving forward.


• Provide a clear daily update on job progress and any outstanding issues.

Qualifications

• Local to Spring Valley, NY or the surrounding area.


• Fluent in both English and Spanish.


• 3+ years of hands‑on commercial kitchen installation or related construction experience.


• Experience leading or managing field crews.


• Ability to read construction drawings and equipment layouts.


• Strong understanding of measurements and field conditions.


• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.


• Comfortable working as part of a crew while taking the lead.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience.
