Job summary

Roskam Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a production supervisor to lead operations, train and coach staff, and manage the daily production schedule to meet deadlines and quality standards.

You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensure hygiene and safety compliance, maintain inventory data, and drive continuous improvement with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards.
• Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines and goals.
• Set up, operate, and tend to packaging equipment and address rework from malfunctions.
• Maintain hygiene by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and areas.
