You will manage the production schedule, oversee packaging operations, and ensure clean, compliant processing areas. Experience in food manufacturing and strong leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees.
• Manage the production schedule.
• Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas.
• Inventory management software maintenance.
• Record production data during quality checks.
• Observing, receiving, scanning, database entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
