Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking freelance remote career coaches to guide professionals aiming for roles in diplomacy, national security, and intelligence. You will provide targeted coaching on policy topics, resume optimization, interview prep, and networking strategies to help clients advance.

Sessions are held virtually with individual clients, with flexible hours and rates. You will collaborate with our team to support clients and share best practices for entering and growing in this field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in foreign service, intelligence, or national security roles.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching on diplomacy, national security, intelligence, and related topics.
• Guide clients on foreign policy, international law, counterterrorism, intelligence analysis, crisis management, and strategic communications.
• Assist with resume reviews, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and career development.
• Conduct sessions virtually with individual clients.
• Collaborate with the company team to support clients.
