Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in relevant fields, coaching or mentoring background, and a structured approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in foreign service, intelligence, or national security roles.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow in the field.
• Ability to host sessions virtually and set own hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching on foreign policy, diplomacy, international law, counterterrorism, intelligence analysis, crisis management, and strategic communications.
• Assist with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
• Host sessions virtually and collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality client experience.
