Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support the PM CCS contract at Picatinny, NJ. The role covers cradle-to-grave international cooperation, from concept through life-cycle planning and sustainment.

You will organize foreign government requirements, prepare cost and shipment docs, and perform technical reviews for LORs. Strong writing, communication, and coordination across多 groups and levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to brief senior management and communicate with diverse groups.
• Experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) a plus.
• Experience with different types of database systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Writing and reviewing contractual documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave support of international cooperation from concept through planning for life-cycle sustainment.
• Organizing research of foreign government requirements.
• Preparing documentation for material, shipping requirements, and life-cycle cost estimates.
• Conducting technical reviews and analysis for Letters of Request (LOR).
• Calculating manpower for international cases.
• Developing unique international case notes.
• Coordinating advanced planning for weapon systems and ensuring TPAs are accurate.
• Vetting release of partner nation-requested capabilities per security and export controls.
• Receiving, processing and tracking requisitions.
• Forecasting congressional notifications.
• Developing and implementing logistics program activities including purchases, transfers, and leases.
• Coordinating subcontractors and field service personnel and resolving logistics problems.

Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst: (2026-26134-F)
Bowhead is looking for a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support the PM CCS contract at Picatinny, NJ. The Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst will support and manage the partner nation cooperation for program management support services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cradle-to-grave support of Int'l cooperation from program concept development through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment.
• Organizing research of foreign government requirements.
• Preparing documentation identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs.
• Conducting technical reviews and analysis for Letters of Request (LOR).
• Calculating manpower for Int'l cases.
• Developing unique Int'l case notes.
• Coordinating total package advanced planning for weapon systems and ensuring that Total Package Approach (TPA) sheets are accurate and are utilized in the case development process.
• Vetting release of partner nation-requested capabilities in accordance with technology security and transfer requirements, export controls, disclosure of classified and controlled unclassified information, and system-specific release requirements for sensitive technologies frequently requested by foreign partners.
• Receiving, processing and tracking requisitions.
• Forecasting congressional notifications.
• Developing and implementing logistics program activities including, support for purchases, transfer, and leases of weapon systems, and technical documentation.
• Coordinating efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel, resolving logistics problems and compiling data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) and five to eight years of relevant experience.
• Resolving highly sensitive and complex problems.
• Ability to prepare and brief senior management.
• Effective communication with a wide range of groups including internal and external customers and high ranking government officials
• Highly organized with the ability to see both the details and the big picture.
• Writing and reviewing contractual documents a plus
• Experience working in different types of database systems.
• Quality customer service experience; meet customer’s needs with a dedicated attitude that ensures mission success.
• Experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
Set Range: 95,000-115,000
