Job summary

EEC Solutions is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support HQ USARCENT. The role reviews and adjudicates the disclosure of classified information to foreign governments and coalition partners, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

It includes coordinating with USCENTCOM and partner nations, and training staff on disclosure processes. Candidates must have a related bachelor's degree, at least three years in foreign disclosure or releasability, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Security Studies, Intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of foreign disclosure, security cooperation, or intelligence releasability experience.
• DoD Foreign Disclosure Officer/Representative certification preferred; must be able to complete within 90 days if not held at hire.
• U.S. citizenship required and an active SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate foreign disclosure and release of classified and controlled information to foreign governments and coalition partners.
• Prepare disclosure determinations, release records, and maintain the command foreign disclosure log.
• Advise staff on releasability, classification, and proper marking of products for foreign partners.
• Coordinate foreign disclosure matters with USCENTCOM and partner nation liaison officers.
• Train staff on foreign disclosure procedures and common release pitfalls.
