Job summary

The Logistics Company is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support USARCENT disclosures, ensuring proper classification, releasability, and timing for information shared with foreign governments and allied partners.

Responsibilities include tracking disclosures, determining owners, and researching policy while coordinating with security and operations personnel. A strong emphasis on documentation, accuracy, and adherence to procedures is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of foreign disclosure or related security experience.
• Knowledge of classification, releasability, need-to-know principles.
• Experience drafting disclosure reviews or recommendations in a classified environment.
• Strong research, writing, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support USARCENT foreign-disclosure reviews to share information with foreign governments, organizations, allies and partners.
• Receive and track proposed disclosures and determine information owner, classification level, and dissemination details.
• Research applicable policies and document authority supporting each recommendation.
• Identify information that cannot be released and suggest redaction or releasable versions.
• Coordinate disclosure packages with producers, owners, security personnel and reviewers; resolve discrepancies.
