Job summary

ACLC, LLC is seeking a highly analytical Foreign Disclosure Representative to support USARCENT. The role analyzes, reviews, and adjudicates requests for release of classified and unclassified military information to international partners and coalition forces within USCENTCOM AOR.

This is an on-site, full-time position requiring a Top Secret clearance. Under the Foreign Disclosure Officer, you will handle adjudication, sanitization, and policy interpretation while maintaining secure network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military intelligence experience.
  • 3–5 years of foreign disclosure duties in the DoD or a Joint/Component Command.
  • Completion of the DIA or Army Foreign Disclosure Representative/Officer certification.
  • Experience on secure networks (JWICS, SIPRNet, CENTRIXS) and multinational sharing environments.
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Strong knowledge of NDP-1 and National Intelligence Community disclosure policies.

Responsibilities

  • Disclosure adjudication: review operative plans, intelligence products, maps, briefings to determine release eligibility.
  • Sanitization and redaction of classified products to protect sources and capabilities.
  • Policy interpretation of foreign disclosure guidelines for multinational exercises and partners.
  • Maintain an auditable electronic ledger of disclosure requests, justifications, and approvals.
  • Provide foreign disclosure guidance to USARCENT staff during planning of bilateral exercises.
  • Coordinate with G3/G5/G7 on information release parameters.

Job description

ACLC, LLC is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Foreign Disclosure Representative to support the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) Headquarters G2 Security Division. Under the direction of the government Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO), the successful candidate will analyze, review, and adjudicate requests for the disclosure and release of classified and unclassified military information to international partners and coalition forces operating within the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR)

This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a Top SECRET clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Disclosure Adjudication: Review operational plans, intelligence products, maps, briefings, and technical documents to determine eligibility for release to foreign governments and international organizations in accordance with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) and Army regulations.
  • Sanitization & Redaction: Sanitize and redact classified national intelligence products to ensure compliance with release parameters, protecting U.S. intelligence sources, methods, and cryptographic capabilities.
  • Policy Interpretation: Apply USARCENT, USCENTCOM, and Department of the Army foreign disclosure guidelines to evaluate daily requests for information (RFIs) from multinational partners participating in joint exercises or theater operations.
  • Information System Tracking: Maintain a rigorous, auditable electronic ledger of all disclosure requests, justifications, and approvals utilizing designated tracking databases and classified information networks.
  • Theater Operations Support: Provide foreign disclosure guidance to USARCENT staff sections (G3, G5, G7) during the planning phases of bilateral military exercises and partner-nation synchronization events.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, National Security, Political Science, or a related field (equivalent military intelligence or security experience may be substituted).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience performing foreign disclosure duties within the DoD, a Joint Command, or a Component Command. Experience supporting multinational operations in the USCENTCOM AOR is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: Successful completion of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) or Army Foreign Disclosure Representative/Officer certification course.
  • Technical Networks: High proficiency operating on secure networks, including JWICS, SIPRNet, and multinational sharing environments (e.g., CENTRIXS).
  • Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory at the time of application.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of NDP-1, AR 380-10 (Foreign Disclosure and Contacts with Foreign Representatives), and National Intelligence Community disclosure policies. Exceptional risk assessment and technical editing capabilities are required.
