Job summary

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC seeks a Team Lead for our Foreclosure Title division. You will assist the Title Manager and Director of Title Operations coordinating Title Review and Curative processes across states.

The role requires collaboration with clients, attorneys, and staff to meet foreclosure timelines and ensure accurate documentation. The candidate should lead a 3-5 person team, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and title software.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading a 3-5 person team
• Knowledge of multistate title and foreclosure law
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Strong time management and task prioritization
• Experience with title review and curative processes
• Familiarity with CaseAware and Perfect Practice
• Attention to detail and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee title processes from referral to foreclosure sale
• Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements
• Track and document documents throughout the review process
• Coordinate daily workloads and monitor team performance
• Communicate with attorneys, processors, and clients to update files
• Support special projects and client reporting
• Maintain case management files with actions and delays
