Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• 5+ years related experience preferred in default operations/creditors' rights.
• Working knowledge of foreclosure process from start to finish preferred.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting preferred.
• Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and customer service targets are met.
• Support title team to meet department standards and client objectives.
• Lead department staff and team leads to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide backup support for title review and related functions.
• Develop and implement training guides and programs.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines to avoid fees or penalties.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Provide weekly reporting to COO and Title Operations.
• Audit daily performance logs to improve processes.
• Meet contractual timelines through audits of client referrals.
• Review and respond to client reports on performance measures.
• Review and approve staff payroll and PTO requests.
• Assess CaseAware sequences for inefficiencies.
• Participate in testing document templates for accurate data capture.
