Responsibilities

• Analyze title documents and legal descriptions of the property.
• Research online county records and navigate databases.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Communicate title issues clearly to clients within case management platforms.
• Identify and assess title defects and propose curative solutions.
• Explain chain of title issues, priority issues, and legal description concerns to clients.
