Job summary

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for the Foreclosure Title division to coordinate Title Review and Title Curative processes across states. The role involves regular interaction with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely completion within state foreclosure timelines.

The candidate will oversee a 3-5 person team, monitor workload, and ensure documentation and QA quality across title files, while adhering to client requirements and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee title processes during Foreclosure action from referral to foreclosure sale.
• Excellent knowledge of state foreclosure timelines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 members and coordinate daily workload to meet SLAs.
• Document actions, communications, and delays in case files.
• Collaborate with attorneys, processors, and clients as needed.
• Monitor and QC title documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support special projects and client reporting.
