Formación

• Minimum 1 year of title review experience and ability to analyze, cure, and write title reports.
• Experience preparing and curing title commitments or defects beyond loan closings.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documents and computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Review title reports and date-down endorsements from the title company.
• Verify affidavits of authority and ensure proper chain of title assignment.
• Read title chains while reviewing bankruptcy cases and analyze parcel maps.
• Use Excel for documentation and data management; update client portals.
• Handle mortgage documents, loan files, and appraisals with accuracy.
