Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a Foreclosure Attorney to join their dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves managing a caseload of foreclosure, title, and litigation matters for various creditors. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills, and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in California; additional state licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on foreclosure procedures.
• Review and analyze client and loan documents, title searches.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Attend hearings and legal proceedings.
• Communicate case statuses to clients via email and phone.
• Respond promptly to communications from stakeholders.
• Escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment

Effective communication with legal and non-legal stakeholders

Self-starter with initiative

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

2-5 years of litigation experience

Experience with secured creditors

Knowledge of BKFS LoanSphere Default, Sagent Tempo

Experience with replevins

SharePoint experience

Education

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
