Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a knowledgeable Foreclosure/Title Attorney in Farmington Hills, MI. The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctorate and 3+ years of experience in foreclosure matters, ensuring compliance with North Carolina laws.

Responsibilities include analyzing title issues, performing title curative work, and maintaining accurate case management. Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional client service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in foreclosure matters preferred.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Second review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues related to legal descriptions, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, releases, and other corrective instruments.
