Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a knowledgeable Foreclosure/Title Attorney in Portland, ME. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate and at least 3 years of experience with foreclosure matters. Responsibilities include reviewing title reports, analyzing legal issues, and performing title curative work.

The candidate must be a member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar, possess exceptional communication skills, and provide outstanding client service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in foreclosure matters, including title review.
• Active licensure in North Carolina.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure.
• Analyze legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work and maintain accurate case management.
