Job summary

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Foreclosure Sales Processor. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with detailed documentation, and can effectively manage multiple foreclosure files throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering accurate, timely results, with standard hours and a strong benefits package upon permanent hire.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of the foreclosure lifecycle and associated documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files throughout the sales process while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Verify foreclosure timelines and confirm all required legal and procedural steps have been completed
• Review financial figures, bids, fees, and costs for accuracy prior to scheduled sales
• Evaluate account activity, payment history, repayment plans, and servicing documentation
• Confirm files meet investor and servicing guidelines before moving forward with foreclosure sales
• Conduct required account research, including military status verification and related documentation
• Coordinate foreclosure postponements and update file activity as needed
• Monitor servicing platforms for sale approvals and account status changes
• Maintain organized records and ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines
• Assist with additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
