Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Foreclosure Specialist or two years in a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and investor requirements related to foreclosure.
• Proven ability to manage complex foreclosure cases and resolve escalated issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with leadership capability and willingness to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Foreclosure Case Management: manage a caseload of foreclosure accounts, review loan documentation, track deadlines, ensure policy compliance.
• Document Preparation: oversee preparation and execution of essential legal documents, filings, and deeds for judicial foreclosures.
• Stakeholder Communication: liaise with attorneys, vendors, and service providers with professional communication.
• Compliance and Accuracy: ensure actions are compliant with federal/state/investor requirements.
• Financial Calculations: manage judgment figures, bid amounts, and analyze financial data.
• Process Management: identify improvement opportunities and contribute to policies and procedures.
• Mentorship: guide Entry-Level Foreclosure Specialists and support team efficiency.
• Special Projects: lead foreclosure process, compliance, or system enhancement initiatives.
