Aufgaben

• Interview and screen clients facing mortgage or tax foreclosure.
• Prepare case summaries and track case status.
• Explain the foreclosure process and triage cases for attorney assignment.
• Track foreclosure cases and provide status reports to the managing attorney.
• Complete loss mitigation applications as directed by the managing attorney.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, document review, research, investigation, and trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records, files, notes, and time entries.
