Marinosci Law Group, P.C. is hiring a Contested Foreclosure Paralegal in Addison, TX to support the foreclosure lifecycle and litigation process.

The role is full-time, client-facing, 40 hours per week with paid OT as needed, and requires coordinating with local counsel nationwide. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Contested Answers, defenses, motions, and CFPB/FDCPA rules, with experience in Black Knight and Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Moderate understanding of foreclosure lifecycle and extensive understanding of foreclosure litigation processes.
• Ability to review pleadings and work with counsel to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a revolving caseload of 900+ assets per month in coordination with local counsel nationwide.
• Act as liaison between client and network of local counsel; ensure timely requests are met.
• Review and understand all pleadings related to foreclosure proceedings and support deadlines.
