Qualifications

• 1+ years as a litigation paralegal, preferably creditors' rights or real estate law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong organization and time-management; able to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of Texas foreclosure laws and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case strategy and prep.
• Manage and organize case files, electronic and physical.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule court appearances and other proceedings.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the litigation team.
