Job summary

University Bank is seeking a Foreclosure Supervisor to oversee all foreclosure-related operations from referral through liquidation and post-foreclosure actions. You will drive timelines, ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, and manage staff performance to minimize losses.

Your leadership will guide the end-to-end foreclosure workflow, including attorney management, file progression, and REO liquidation while maintaining strong risk controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of foreclosure experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with MSP and BKFS systems required.
• Strong working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, FHLB, USDA, and private investor foreclosure guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end foreclosure process, from referral to completion.
• Manage departmental performance metrics and reporting.
• Ensure all actions meet investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements.
• Approve foreclosure referrals for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead audits and respond to audit findings.
• Coach and develop Foreclosure Specialists and Operations Analysts.
