The ideal candidate has 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience and strong organizational and MS Office skills. This role requires onsite work in the Tallahassee office with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of foreclosure litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes and state-specific requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Case management of litigated and contested foreclosure matters with deadlines.
• Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and affidavits.
• Monitor and manage court-imposed deadlines to avoid sanctions.
• Support attorneys in case preparation and hearings as necessary.
• Coordinate electronic and physical court filings.
• Communicate with clients to provide status updates and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workflow and case progression.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and client guidelines.
• Generate case status reports for attorneys and management.
• Identify opportunities for improving workflow and training.
