Essential Functions
  • Draft legal documents for second‑level review by the supervising attorney
  • Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
  • Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales
  • Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
  • Collaborate with members of the state team
  • Actively participate in weekly state meetings
  • Engage with supervising attorney in a one‑on‑one weekly meeting
Requirements
  • J.D., licensed in Florida and in good standing in all jurisdictions
  • Ability to work with others in a congenial and team‑oriented manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task and be adaptable to continual change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
