Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience required.
• Background in title, bankruptcy, and/or mortgage banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume litigation caseload.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings.
• Represent the firm at hearings and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Develop creative solutions to legal challenges.
• Work across practice areas including foreclosure and bankruptcy.
