Job summary

McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC in Melville, NY seeks a Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of foreclosure litigation experience to join our fast-paced, multi-office firm.

You will draft pleadings, attend hearings, manage a large caseload, interact with clients and opposing counsel, and help develop creative solutions to mitigate client risk. J.D. and NY Bar in good standing are required; remote/hybrid options may be available after training.

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreclosure litigation experience required.
• Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar required.

Responsibilities

• Litigation Attorney in our Melville, NY office with 5 years of Foreclosure litigation experience

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences

• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
