Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Texas legal processes.
• Familiar with servicer legal processing systems and standards.
• Extremely detail oriented with accuracy in processing documents.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, file intake and auditing legal referrals.
• Schedule legal sales and coordinate timelines.
• Respond to and/or initiate communications with clients.
• Adhere to foreclosure timelines set by stakeholders.
• Update servicer processing systems and databases.
• Generate foreclosure documents as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information.
• Perform other duties to support department goals.
• Occasionally work extended hours when required.
