Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certification or Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights experience or related legal specialty.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational habits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review judgment motions, proposed orders, and supporting legal documentation.
• Keep case updates, filing information, and hearing outcomes accurate and current within our case management systems.
• Monitor active portfolios to ensure court requirements, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
• Maintain open, responsive communication with clients and internal team members regarding case progress.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and escalate as needed to keep cases moving.
• Maintain high standards of productivity and quality while balancing a robust caseload.
• Ensure complete adherence to governing laws, local court rules, client directives, and firm policies.
