Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in foreclosure/real estate law.
• Active Tennessee bar in good standing (Georgia a plus).
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Analytical and detail oriented with fast pace and multitasking.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure related pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
• Provide regular client meetings and updates.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
