Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, or a related practice area
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings
• Familiarity with real estate and title issues a plus
• Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
• Virginia Bar admission required or ability to waive into the Virginia Bar
• Maryland and District of Columbia Bar admission, or eligibility for admission, is a plus
