BCG Attorney Search in Irving, TX, seeks an Associate Attorney to represent institutional mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy matters, protecting secured-creditor rights throughout Chapters 7, 11 and 13. This role requires precise legal strategy and client focus.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of bankruptcy experience, including at least 1 year handling creditors in Texas, a JD from an accredited law school, and an active Bar.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bankruptcy experience with at least 1 year representing creditors in Texas Bankruptcy Courts.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including proofs of claim and relief-from-stay motions.
• Advise clients on bankruptcy, servicing, and investor-guideline issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maximize recoveries.
• Attend hearings and mediations across Texas.
