Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Virginia; additional state admissions a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Review title abstracts and loan documents for foreclosure sales.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
