Qualifications

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings
• Familiarity with real estate and title issues a plus
• Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
• Virginia Bar admission required or ability to waive into the Virginia Bar
• Maryland and District of Columbia Bar admission, or eligibility for admission, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors or other interested parties in bankruptcy court, foreclosure proceedings, loan enforcement matters, or other commercial litigation or collection matters
• Appear regularly in state and federal courts, interact directly with clients, and collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive team environment
