No degree specified; 0-3 years in real estate or foreclosure is preferred. Training provided. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint; strong written communication and deadline adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screening and government suitability investigation.
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate, title, property management, or foreclosure preferred.
• Strong written communication; regular email and instant messaging with law firms and teammates.
• Solid general computer skills; training on internal proprietary case management system.
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assign referrals to approved law firms and ensure all required documentation accompanies each case.
• Track and communicate with assigned law firms to keep every case on established timelines.
• Monitor milestones – first legal action, service of process, judgment, and sale dates.
• Coordinate document requests between client and law firms to close gaps.
• Maintain thorough, well-organized case notes and records.
• Compile monthly status reports for management and client review.
• Flag and elevate cases at risk of missing timelines.
