Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or support experience in default services, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with legal case management or default platforms.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Balanced work style: independent yet collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft standard legal and administrative documents to support foreclosure operations.
• Serve as a primary contact for institutional clients via phone, email, and portals.
• Monitor active files against court and client timelines to meet deadlines.
• Track performance and reporting schedules to identify bottlenecks.
• Assist with compliance checks, internal audits, and client audits.
• Compile case histories and pull reports for leadership.
• Respond to system alerts and support attorneys and paralegals.
