Job summary

Lupin in New Jersey is seeking an experienced forecasting leader to own product and portfolio forecasts across pipeline and in-line biosimilar programs. You will build models, assess market size, pricing, access, and adoption dynamics, and communicate forecast results to senior leadership.

Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align commercial plans with demand and inventory, monitor performance, and refine assumptions using IQVIA data and market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience in forecasting, market analytics, commercial insights, business analysis, or related functions.
• Proven experience owning complex pharmaceutical forecasts across pipeline, pre-launch, launch, and/or in-line products.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, commercial due diligence, business cases, launch planning, and resource allocation decisions.
• Strong understanding of integrating commercial forecasts with financial, demand, and supply planning.
• Hands-on experience using IQVIA and other pharmaceutical data sources for forecasting, market assessment, and competitive analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial/commercial modeling expertise, including scenario and sensitivity analysis; strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate market, pricing, access, competitive, financial, and supply inputs while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product and portfolio forecasts including assumptions and scenario planning.
• Develop forecasting models with market size, pricing, access, and adoption dynamics.
• Analyze data to generate commercial insights and monitor forecast performance.
• Lead cross-functional analyses and present insights to senior leadership.
