Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) invites you to join a 10-week Summer Internship Program in Chicago, IL. You will gain exposure to Demand Forecasting, Replenishment Planning, and Business Analytics while assisting the Demand and Inventory Planning team in a retail/wholesale context.

You will work in-office Monday through Thursday, with Friday half-day, engaging in real projects and a mentor-guided group effort.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a major in supply chain, business, or mathematics.
• GPA or coursework that demonstrates analytical ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn forecasting and inventory planning fundamentals for product categories.
• Analyze forecast models to improve forward-looking forecasts.
• Build and review inventory reports for low-volume SKUs.
• Review aged inventory and coordinate selling strategies with sales.
• Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Work in-office Monday-Friday, Friday half-day.
