Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) in Chicago invites applications for a 10-week Planning Intern. You will be exposed to Demand Forecasting, Replenishment Planning and Business Analytics while assisting the Demand and Inventory Planning team.

The program includes a group project with a mentor and final presentations to leaders across locations. This in-office internship offers hands-on experience in retail planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Learn forecasting and inventory planning for product categories
• Analyze forecast models in the planning system to improve accuracy
• Build and review inventory reports to identify low-volume SKUs
• Collaborate in internal meetings and projects
• Work in-office Monday-Friday, with Friday half-day
