Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) in Dallas, TX, offers a Summer 2027 Demand Planning Intern program. It provides exposure to demand forecasting, replenishment planning and business analytics, with a 10-week timeframe and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in-office schedule, Fridays half-day.

Pay is $20 per hour, June 7 to August 13, 2027. Interns join the Demand and Inventory Planning team, assist with forecasting and reporting, and work on a cross-functional project presented to leaders in week ten.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or Math majors.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn forecasting and inventory planning fundamentals for product categories.
• Analyze statistical forecast models in the planning system to improve forward forecast.
• Build and review inventory reports to identify low-volume SKUs to exit with partners.
• Build and review aged inventory reports and work with sales on selling strategies.
• Participate in internal meetings and projects.
• Work in-office Monday-Friday, with Friday half-day.
