Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) invites applicants to a 10-week Planning Intern program in Chicago. You will assist with Demand Forecasting, Replenishment Planning and Business Analytics, supporting the team across retail and wholesale channels.

Internship exposes you to fundamentals of retail planning, group projects, and mentorship. Applicants should be pursuing a related major and be prepared for an in-office schedule, with a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills expected.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn forecasting and inventory planning fundamentals for product categories.
• Analyze statistical forecast models in the planning system.
• Build and review inventory reports and strategize with sales on aging SKUs.
• Collaborate in internal meetings and projects.
• Work in-office Monday-Friday; Friday half-day.
