Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess current inventory control and forecasting processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and analyze inventory, forecasting, and operational data to understand current-state performance.
• Partner with Materials Planning, Inventory Control, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and understand business requirements.
• Research industry best practices and benchmarking opportunities related to inventory management and demand planning.
• Map current processes and document findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present recommendations for process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy, forecasting alignment, and operational performance.
• Build business cases and implementation plans for proposed solutions.
• Support execution of approved process improvements, including testing, documentation, training, and change management activities.
• Track and measure results of implemented changes, providing updates on key performance indicators and expected benefits.
• Travel to CNH depot locations as needed to observe operations, gather feedback, and support project implementation efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing project findings, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership and business stakeholders.
