Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Racine Plant Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations. You will work with Finance and FP&A partners to strengthen analytical skills and support reporting and planning activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Enrollment in an internship program; able to work full-time during summer.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the Annual Blanket PO process and related reporting.
• Supporting forecasting activities and collaborating with FP&A during month-end close.
• Gaining exposure to Standards and cost accounting systems needed for financial analysis.
• Contributing to the SAP implementation and learning system functionality.
• Assisting with month-end and daily reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
