Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a corporate FP&A or accounting environment
• 3+ years of experience with financial forecasting and developing or maintaining forecasting models
• 1+ years of experience managing or leading financial analysts
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
• Experience presenting financial data, trends, and recommendations to leadership
• Ability to manage complex processes while balancing multiple time-sensitive deliverables
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cloud budgeting reporting and planning support.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling activities to support organizational objectives and government contract requirements.
• Compile, validate, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to develop forecasting models and identify trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and model strategic compensation and budget structures.
• Conduct scenario analysis and communicate trends and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare presentations and recurring reports translating financial information for leadership.
