Responsibilities

• Lead executive compensation finance efforts and manage analysts.
• Forecast, plan, and model annual compensation programs and pools.
• Compile, validate, organize and analyze data for the annual plan and performance.
• Develop scenarios and communicate trends to leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to design compensation structures.
