Job summary

Atrium is seeking an FP&A professional in Atlanta to lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will build and maintain financial models, analyze costs, and support long-range planning and integration scenarios for strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with exposure to PE environments and multi-company integration preferred. Opportunity to influence profitability and reporting efficiency within a diverse organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience in a private equity environment or multi-company integration setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, expense plans, and monthly forecasts.
• Update financial systems with actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and explain key business drivers.
• Analyze labor and overhead costs to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and business decisions.
• Support long-range planning, M&A analysis, and integration modeling.
• Standardize financial models and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Improve FP&A reporting processes and reduce reporting cycle times.
• Prepare reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc financial and strategic projects.
