Zillow Group Inc. seeks talented interns for a 9‑week summer program in Seattle. Interns contribute to forecasting, business economics, and data science projects from day one, with mentorship and learning experiences across teams.

The role is based in Seattle with a hybrid schedule (in-person Tue–Thu). Eligible interns receive stipends to offset housing and relocation costs, and will work on hands‑on projects involving large datasets to derive actionable insights for revenue and growth.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD in statistics, economics, data science, applied mathematics, quantitative finance, or a related quantitative field, with an expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and regression analysis, with exposure to econometrics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate and expand work without outsourcing thinking; ability to prepare data, conduct analysis, and build models using Python.

Responsabilidades

• Translate open‑ended business questions into analytical approaches with clear deliverables.
• Explore, clean, and validate housing, economic, business, or financial data; document assumptions and data quality issues.
• Build and compare models to support prediction and forecasting.
• Transform observational data into causal models and design experiments to improve pricing and operations.
• Create reproducible analyses, visualizations, or reporting workflows for partners.
